Do you accept returns?

Nah. We make every piece on demand, just for you — no warehouses, no backstock. That means we can’t take returns unless your item shows up damaged or defective. In that case, we got you. Just email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.

How do your sizes run?

True to size, but streetwear-inspired — so slightly relaxed. If you like a tighter fit, size down. If you’re not sure, check the size chart on each product page. Don’t wing it and regret it — measure that torso.

How long will my order take?

Each piece is made to order through our fulfillment partner, Apliiq.

• Production: 5–7 business days
• U.S. Shipping: 3–5 business days
• International: 7–21 business days (customs might flex on the time)

If it’s been longer than expected, hit us up and we’ll track it down like a bloodhound.

Do you ship internationally?

Hell yeah, we do. We ship anywhere with a pulse. Just note that international shipping takes longer, and your country might charge import fees (that’s outta our hands).

Can I exchange something if it doesn’t fit?

Because every item is made-to-order, we can’t do size exchanges. We know that sucks, but we’d rather keep our footprint small and our values solid. Triple check your size before checkout.

What does Alchemist Row stand for?

Can I cancel my order?

Only if you catch us within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order goes into production and there’s no turning back — just like growth.

Who designs your stuff?

Every design is original, hand-drawn or digitally built with soul by real artists. No AI-ripoffs or copy-paste trash. Just raw stories turned into wearable fire.
